The Downtown Berea Business Network (DBBN) started in 1999 as a partnership between the downtown Berea business community and Berea City Hall to revitalize the area. At the time, there were numerous empty storefronts and struggling businesses in the downtown Berea area. Primarily through the hosting of community events, the DBBN finds ways to bring Bereans into the heart of the city. From Garage Sales to Holiday Walks, community members find themselves rediscovering what makes living in Berea Ohio so great.
The members of the DBBN believe that by working our community and our businesses will thrive and prosper. Through various forms of advertising and event sponsorships, the DBBN tells the story of our fine city. By hosting monthly round tables, downtown business men and women create new ways to move our city forward while keeping the heritage of our community intact.
